Even though I did not purchase anything, but I will in a couple of weeks. Tone gave me some good information about leasing and purchasing a vehicle...and also what kind of rates I can get on a Pre own Camry. So with that being said, I will see Motorcars Toyota in a few weeks for a new or Pre own Camry... thanks to Tone I will be shopping with this dealership instead of Bedford cause it is to far..ha. I was recently in a car accident and the body shop that State Farm recommended couldn't seem to get my car fixed right. After countless return trips and arguments with the insurance company I took my vehicle to Toyota Motorcars in Cleveland Heights. Chris Shepard the service tech was kind enough to ride along with me so I could explain the sound I was hearing in the rear of my vehicle. After our ride he concluded that he felt he knew how it could be fixed. Keith Cifra was my local contact in the service department and was extremely helpful in not only identifying a few other problems but more importantly working with the insurance company. When Keith wasn't in the office Don Shaffer the Service Manager stepped in and helped make sure everything was on schedule. Keith was very helpful in communicating with me throughout the process and making sure the vehicle was repaired correctly and to my expectation. A big thanks to Chris, Keith and Don. I admired her persistence (without being annoying) and her business-like attitude. When I finally got the apportunity to go into the dealership, I found her to be friendly and approachable. Leasing or buying cars is my least favorite thing to do.. I see it as comparable to getting a root canal but Stephanie made the experience painless. I thank Stephanie for keeping in touch me until I was ready to come in. Her contact actually kept me from going to another dealership. She is a hard worker and customer oriented.
