He spent a lot of time getting to know me so that we could figure out exactly what I needed and what I wanted. Bill helped me eliminate a few options right away and figure out what car was right for me. By the time we finished talking, I didn't even need to test drive the car to know it was the one for me! I'm glad we did take it out for a spin, though, because Bill taught me everything I need to know about driving this awesome new vehicle. I ended up buying a 2016 Rav4 Hybrid, and even though it's only been a day, I can say that I absolutely love this car! We arrived with an appointment and met our sales rep. From the minute we walked in and spoke with a sales rep the wife and I had a good feeling which was further confirmed by the great staff.
