We are beyond happy with the incredible sales experience at Toyota Cleveland Heights with our sales advisors Patricia (Pat) Marcin and Stephanie Kariotakis, and the finance director Matt Koler. Our previou at Toyota Cleveland Heights with our sales advisors Patricia (Pat) Marcin and Stephanie Kariotakis, and the finance director Matt Koler. Our previous car was just in a wreck, and we needed to purchase a replacement. We were shown all of the options we initially came in to look at, and did a few test drives, but discovered a newer model that wasn’t on our radar but was the perfect fit for us. Despite it being a high demand model, they were able to secure one with the specs we were looking for. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our texts and emails were answered very quickly, and they checked in on us regularly while we were waiting for our new vehicle to arrive. Additionally, I am an informed consumer and understand the current market conditions. On signing day I came in a bit defensively, but they didn’t play any games or add on any gotchas. It was more smooth than I would have ever expected. They are clearly looking to earn long-term customers and we will undoubtedly look their way once our next car is ready to be retired in the next 2 years. Kudos to Pat, Stephanie, Matt and the sales manager for helping us get our perfect vehicle! More
Salesman (Shannon) was friendly and contacted me when a Sienna was coming in that was unaccounted for that met our needs. So we were very happy about getting one much sooner than the typical wait right now Sienna was coming in that was unaccounted for that met our needs. So we were very happy about getting one much sooner than the typical wait right now. We were financing and they did beat our bank's price, so we ended up financing through them. They were quick to respond to any issues that did arise and we are pleased with the overall experience. More
Bad experience with a salesperson called Nelson. He tried to sermon me that I had to work with him exclusively and he was the only one that should show the car to me and no one else. He sounded like He tried to sermon me that I had to work with him exclusively and he was the only one that should show the car to me and no one else. He sounded like that he claimed the ownership of a customer. On Thursday, I walked in without an appointment to get help from Nelson. Initially he was nice. He seemed that he had been working with another customer and walked away together with that customer. I reached out to the sales manager and explained that I had a little time and wanted to see the interior of Camry LE and the manager asked one of nearby salespersons to show me around. Later Nelson walked in and saw me looking around a car with another salesperson. He approached me and yelled at me and tried to teach me that he was the only person who could show the car around. I did not say anything and walked away. Because of that bad experience, I bought a different car on that night. More
I’ve been a customer of this dealership for 18 years (under the previous owners). I had a Tacoma for 12 years and have had my 4Runner for not quite 6 years. On a recent visit to Service (9/19/23) fo (under the previous owners). I had a Tacoma for 12 years and have had my 4Runner for not quite 6 years. On a recent visit to Service (9/19/23) for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) on my 2018 4Runner (which had 45,500 miles), the Service department told me I needed $1,144 of additional work (including a Power steering fluid exchange, Differential service, Transfer case service, etc.). The dealership is under new ownership and my first thought was they’re trying to up-sale me. My second thought was … if I really need the things they claimed I needed, for a vehicle that is under 6 years old with under 50K miles … then my next vehicle will NOT be a Toyota! I was told by my service advisor that my tires were rotated, but ‘Tires Rotated’ was not marked on the service report. When I asked my advisor about it, he assured me that my tires had been rotated even though my service report didn’t indicate so. I had been told twice that my routine maintenance service would take about 1 hour. It took 2 hours (which I guess is explained by the list of additional work they said is needed on my vehicle). My next experience will determine whether I continue to patronize this dealership and Service center. More
Terrible service department. Waited for 3 hours for an oil change with appointment. No courtesy offered, no vehicle inspection report provided. Unprofessional and dis functional. Purchased a new 2023 4Runner at MSRP. Other dealers are still adding mark ups. We were very satisfied with the process including what we received on trade in for our existing 4Runner. We had a positive sales experience from the beginning, but the excellent customer service we received from Pat after the sale was confirmed and while we waited out the inventory shortage was top notch.
