I usually stay with personal ads because I don't like pushy sales people, so I was leery of communicating with a dealership. The van I purchased was topic of discussion and Pat went to her manager on my price offer, which was accepted. Driving from the Toledo area to Cleveland, Pat went to work for me from those initial correspondences, even until now that I have the van home and in my possession. She met my checklist of an ideal salesperson I would want to deal with. Her working on my behalf like she has left a very good impression on me and I would definitely recommend asking for Patricia Marcin if you go in. I would also like to compliment Mat in finance, the service department, and the managers for working with me and treating me as a valued customer. He wanted me to schedule a "Pit Stop" to review and di A couple weeks ago I received a call from Bill Toth; Pit Stop coordinator at Motorcars Toyota. He wanted me to schedule a "Pit Stop" to review and discuss my new car. I had never heard of anything like this and I was not really sure what he could or would tell me, but I made the appointment. I was so GLAD I did. Bill took his time and went over all the car's bells and whistles. He was very patience and no question was a stupid question; but I am really sure I asked a couple of crazy questions. So I can only advise if you buy a new car from Motorcars Toyota and Bill Toth calls you for a Pit Stop....GO!!! More

I learned never to deal with anyone but this dealership I bought a 2015 RAV4 back in the middle of April from a place called North Coast Auto Mall do not go there. I made a mistake purchasing my Rav there w I bought a 2015 RAV4 back in the middle of April from a place called North Coast Auto Mall do not go there. I made a mistake purchasing my Rav there which I was lead to believe that it was in a fender bender nothing serious and was guaranteed by Car fax not so. The front bumper was losse they took it from me for 6 days and never fixed it. Gave me a piece of junk to drive . I dealt with Frank Bruno at Motorcars and in the body shop a young man by the name of Robert . Both of them are very professional and I had my car fixed this morning in a mater of 1 hour. Your dealership will be my dealership from now on by the way I bought my 1st new Rav there back in 02 .
