The service representative, Jay , went over what would be done, and upon completion told me what was done and made an appointment for the next visit. The only complaint I had is that my automatic light setting was turned off, and I did not realize it until later that night, when I found I was driving without lights. Please have the service attendants not touch any settings, or return them to the original setting. More

EVERYONE who is either purchasing or leasing a new vehicle should take advantage of Bill's services. No follow-up. Contacted this dealership to get pricing on car. The sales person never followed-up as promised. Then received e-mail from "Tiffany - Customer Relations Assistant" wanting to make sure everything went well. When I told her that it did not, there was still no follow-up. Then tried to call Tiffany at the number listed and the operator told me that "Tiffany does not take incoming calls." This was all a waste of time trying to buy a vehicle from this dealership. More

Karen and Kyle were very honest and they provided us with all the necessary information. We went to many other dealerships. Some were very deceitful and pushy. This perked up my attention because I know dealerships usually want you to call or come in. I usually stay with personal ads because I don't like pushy sales people, so I was leery of communicating with a dealership. The van I purchased was topic of discussion and Pat went to her manager on my price offer, which was accepted. Driving from the Toledo area to Cleveland, Pat went to work for me from those initial correspondences, even until now that I have the van home and in my possession. She met my checklist of an ideal salesperson I would want to deal with. Her working on my behalf like she has left a very good impression on me and I would definitely recommend asking for Patricia Marcin if you go in. I would also like to compliment Mat in finance, the service department, and the managers for working with me and treating me as a valued customer. Everyone made sure I had a good experience and was taken care of, and I give them my thanks. More
