A disappointing experience but a truly good sales woman I was very disappointed that the Toyota Venza was not detailed, after I had been communicating with the salesman, Mario, for the week before my visit. I was very disappointed that the Toyota Venza was not detailed, after I had been communicating with the salesman, Mario, for the week before my visit. It had a scrape on the front bumper down to the blue under body. There was a scrape on the back passenger fender that had been badly painted over with plain white paint, not the pearl white of the car. The seats we stained & dirty. The only saving grace for the dealership was the sales person who stepped in to take care of me because Mario was not available when I arrived as he had promised. Karen Horvath was very professional & cared about how I felt & my disappointment with my experience. She offered to drive the car from Cleveland to Cuyahoga Falls after it was actually cleaned & detailed. I bought another Venza the following Friday at a dealer ship 2 miles from my home that was in perfect condition. More
