He asked to see a 3-year old car with power seats and Karen found the perfect car FOR HIM. We talked and received all that we asked for including the right price. We were to come back the following day and seal the deal. Seeing the car was for me, I thought and decided I wanted to keep my lease which I had been told by numerous people not to do that. Karen then told me the advantages of the car my husband liked and I agreed she was right, but.... She marched me into see Matt, Mr. Finance, and we sealed the deal. Karen spent a great deal of time with us but couldn't have been nicer when we left. Karen lost the sale, but whoever reads this, if you are in the market for a car, new or used, see Karen Horvath. Wonderful Experience The dealership displayed excellent customer service and was patient in answering my questions. It was my first time driving a Toyota vehicle, a Prius The dealership displayed excellent customer service and was patient in answering my questions. It was my first time driving a Toyota vehicle, a Prius specifically. Therefore, I needed time to test drive it and think through whether it was worth switching vehicles as my prior lease ended. The dealership provided all the information I needed in a timely fashion, which allowed me to ultimately make a confident, informed decision. It's made driving my new Prius that much more enjoyable and I absolutely look forward to doing business with the dealership in the future. More

Pissed I called and made an appointment for this Saturday June 30 services that were to done was oil change and light bulb for headlight. They ran a check to I called and made an appointment for this Saturday June 30 services that were to done was oil change and light bulb for headlight. They ran a check to see if there was any recalls on my vehicle, they said yes on my 2 sliding door on my van. So I let me do the recall work also. They called me the same day and said your vehicle is ready for pick up, where I messed up at when I went to pick up my vehicle was I didn’t check the recall work(sliding doors) went to open doors a short time later and they wasn’t working properly and before the work was done I didn’t have a issue with them. Called dealership took my car back today Monday July 2, 2018 and now I’m told that it can’t be fixed under the recall claiming there was previous damage to the doors which was working fine before the work was done Saturday. If there was damage it should have been addressed before u did the initial recall on Saturday. So now I’m told I must pay for the services out of pocket or basically deal with my doors not working. Very disappointed all the money and time I put into this business was a very loyal customer but don’t think I will be returning or sending potential customers your way. More
