Remarkable Customer Care From start to finish I felt at ease working with the guys at Motorcars Toyota. After explaining my situation with a non-Toyota lease to Derek, he coul From start to finish I felt at ease working with the guys at Motorcars Toyota. After explaining my situation with a non-Toyota lease to Derek, he could tell we were in a bad spot and needed his help. His sales rep Tone showed us the RAV 4, while Derek worked the numbers. Tone pulled up multiple vehicles for us, so that we could decide on what color we liked best, which was out biggest decision because everything else went so smooth. Once we decided on the Gray RAV 4 and the payments were within budget it was all said and done. I did not feel pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with during this process. They made sure I stayed within my budget. Ryan B from finance had everything ready for us and made sure we got what we needed. They really helped me out of a hole I dug for myself.
