Painless. I hate pretty much everything about buying cars, but DCH Toyota City is pretty much a pain-free experience. This is the second car I've bought there, and it was the same both times. No scu cars, but DCH Toyota City is pretty much a pain-free experience. This is the second car I've bought there, and it was the same both times. No scummy salesmen, no cheesy negotiating tactics and they don't oversell you on options or financing. If you want these things you can have them, but if you don't, there's no hard sell. I haven't yet used their new service facility (at a separate location) but I've visited it for parts and it's very clean and attractive, with lots of comfortable seating and even free wifi.
