My husband and I have purchased our last 3 Toyota Sienna's from Ginny over the past 10 years and we keep coming back to her because she never fails to give us exceptional service. We have dealt with alot of car dealers in the past, but never one who is as friendly, fair, efficient, and experienced as Ginny. It is because of her that we just traded in our 3 year old Sienna to buy a brand new one. We trust and respect Ginny and would recommend her to any of our family and friends. She really takes care of us and goes out of her way to ensure we are getting the best deal possible. She is straightforward in her approach which is not easy to find in a car dealer. She has become a trusted friend to us and we wouln't consider buying a Toyota from anyone else. Even though we live in Connecticut and could buy our car from a dealer closer to home, we choose to drive the extra miles since Ginny also goes the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of and are happy with our purchase. We were in the market for a used car for my daughter, whose car was totaled in an accident. DCH had a car listed on AutoTrader. A lot of the cars we looked at on AutoTrader had a lot of hidden fees and whose car was totaled in an accident. DCH had a car listed on AutoTrader. A lot of the cars we looked at on AutoTrader had a lot of hidden fees and were missing important information. This was not the case with DCH. All of their information was honest and we definitely got what was represented in the advertisement. Both Rafael and Luis were nothing but professional and very forthcoming with all the information pertaining to the car and the warranty they provided. I was warmly greeted by a sales associate named April.She was pleasant,professional and patient. Everything you seem to always hope for... It was pouring rain and it didn't seem to matter. I received the best service imaginable. We were introduced to the sales manager, Robert O'Connell- also quite pleasant and professional. The entire process of selecting a car, test driving it, setting up an appointment for the next day and so on ....was perfect! You couldn't possibly ask for more than on- time and courteous professionals.They are great and I highly recommend this dealership. I intent on having a long relationship with them. More

Problem was not mechanical - seat was uncomfortable. They sent the car out and had the seat fixed in one visit - took 1 day! I have read that other dealers have not been willing to fix this issue - these guys took me seriously and got it fixed in no time. I really feared I'd have to put up a fight. So glad they did the right thing. Really impressed. 4th Toyota in 10 years. These guys were the best. More

Every question we had was answered - directly, honestly, and with appropriate humor and bon homie! The purchase price was fair, we were not given pressure to spend any more money on extras. Mark called and arranged for our insurance to be transferred to the new car. I am 90 years old, and suspect this will be the last car that I purchase. It is so nice to know that I bought that car in an environment such as DCH Toyota City and that we had Mark Elison to help us. More

She is very thorough in explaining the new cars and follows up to see how we like the car several times after we leave the showroom. April was the exact opposite of what I would have expected in a "used" car sales representative. She was warm, friendly, genuine, and honest. She did not make me feel pressured at all. I went in because I had seen a 2008 Yaris on Cars.com that I really liked and wanted to test drive it. She worked with her managers to make arrangements that would help me to feel comfortable and not pressured. It all made me want to purchase the car even more, honestly. Every step of the way, I felt truly cared for, like I was more than just a dollar sign (and not even a very big dollar sign!). When I made the decision to take the plunge and take on my first ever car payment, Luis worked with me and made the process smoother. Again, he did not push higher payments on me. He explained the pros and cons of all the different warranty options and recommended a "happy medium" package. Then, he helped me to build my own package and gave me tips on getting the most. Frank was also a big part of the process for me. He made sure my paperwork was processed when I'd been told it was too busy and I'd have to wait, and when it was discovered that a belt needed to be replaced in the yaris before I could take it home, he gave me a loaner car for the night - a 2013 corolla. I really have no complaints at all, and I can't wait to send any and every one I know who is looking for a car to DCH, and April. :-) More
