I explained to him my situation and he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. We went on a lengthy road test and he was able to answer all of my questions about the car. After the deal was made, I dealt with Luis, the finance manager, that accommodated me with working on my budget by giving me different options and finding the right one for me. He even went out of his duties to help me find the right insurance coverage. Neil found us a Rav4 with 7-seating capacity in just one day, and it had low mileage. He also lowered the price for the car and for our trade-in. A couple of days later when I called him about the tire pressure light being on, he called his service dept. and was told that the problem might be the air pressure of the spare tire -- and he was right, saving me a trip to the service center. We love our new acquisition. This is the second previously owned car we bought at this dealership, and had a very positive experience the first time as well. More
