As Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Rivera stands out for his very high level of professionalism, excellent product knowledge and courtesy. His assistant, Daniella Borda, is very pleasant and cooperative when scheduling a service appt. In addition, I'd like to take this opportunity to compliment George Parker in Sales who really went the extra mile for us nine months ago in locating and personally transporting the exact vehicle we sought from a difficult to reach location (Staten Island). Great comprehensive service My car needed a recall done and while it was at Toyota they found another issue and needed a new part to fix it.
