Great leasing experience I accompanied with my Uncle and his wife in leasing a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Alexei Wherry was very helpful, he explained the whole entire process w I accompanied with my Uncle and his wife in leasing a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Alexei Wherry was very helpful, he explained the whole entire process with ease and confidence. There was no pressure, he was patient, he listened and did not rush us through the process. He worked with us to find what car could fit within their financial needs . We used a trade in with the current vehicle to help with the down payment. The entire process was smooth, and they were in their new leased vehicle in no time. His professionalism, courtesy and mannerism was very much appreciated. My Uncle had an issue and could not find the title paperwork in regards to the lien being paid, Alexei was able to contact the various banks and was able to have the paperwork sent over to complete the transaction, which alleviated the stress of my Uncle trying to locate the documents.
