Once we moved forward, we were offered a very fair pricing on the Highlander Ltd and additional options. Allen very interested in getting the transaction done to our satisfaction. Noticed a rattle upon pickup of the vehicle and Allen and Joe (service person) were quick to move on identifying the issue (license plate rattling) and getting it and other add-on items installed in that one service stop. Location of service area near train is useful for commuters to drop and pickup car on way to work. Love the vehicle, and very happy with the dealership. More

2018 Toyota Corolla 1 year scheduled service I have been dealing with DCH Toyota City for 7 years. This is my 3rd Toyota Corolla. I had a 2012, 2015 and 2018. They are a wonderful dealership. I h I have been dealing with DCH Toyota City for 7 years. This is my 3rd Toyota Corolla. I had a 2012, 2015 and 2018. They are a wonderful dealership. I have been bringing it in twice a year for the scheduled maintenance. My visits have always been pleasant and the service advisors are courteous and professional. This time I had Philip Rhone and he was very friendly. When I came in he said it would take 1 1/2 hours to do the scheduled maintenance and New York State inspection. So I waited in their beautiful customer lounge, with large screen TV, plush chairs and tables, and free bagels and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready early and they washed it also! Service doesn't get any better than this. Of course my Corollas have been great, never a breakdown, the most dependable car I have ever owned. More

The worst customer service ever!!! I purchased a car for $33k from DCH Toyota city and was promised a second set of keys within a week because there was only one set of keys but it’s be I purchased a car for $33k from DCH Toyota city and was promised a second set of keys within a week because there was only one set of keys but it’s been more than 2 months still have not received the key instead I’m getting the runaround. The sales person that sold me the car was Brandon Gross this guy is something........
