Needs Improvement: The pro forma form for the free multipoint inspection of the vehicle was obviously not fully performed. Before bringing the vehicle in, I topped off such items as the windshield washer fluid but according to the multipoint inspection was low. On the other hand the brake fluid was intentionally left down slightly (~25%)) but no fluid was added. Perform the free multipoint inspection or not but if you do, be honest and accurate. More
