Much Better Than Expected. The salesman, Brandon Gross, listened to me when I told him what I wanted and how I expected the process to go. I found he didn't waste my time and I believe he relayed my desires to his sales manager Franklin Crocker. Mr. Crocker was also very responsive when I dropped by and he happened to be taking a vacation day. I believe I received the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. In addition, the finance person, Allen Stern, who I dealt with before taking possession of the RAV 4 was informed, polite and straightforward. I am a repeat customer, having leased RAV 4s in 2010, 2013 and 2016. This was by far the best experience. P.S.
