I was nervous that the process would be too slow and we wouldn’t have the car in time for our Thanksgiving road trip. From start to finish, everyone who assisted us was SO helpful. Leo was kind and patient and took time to answer all of my questions. He also set everything up in advance so that my visit when picking up the car would be super quick. Joe was so nice and was willing to walk me through everything I needed to know about the car, and even walked me through the manual! I would definitely recommend DCH Toyota City to my friends, and would certainly do business with them again. More
