"Great Service Experience" Heather was outstanding in the service department. She was diligent with calling to remind me that my first service was coming up on my 2020 Toyota Co Heather was outstanding in the service department. She was diligent with calling to remind me that my first service was coming up on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. Heather was able to accommodate me with a same day evening appointment when I returned her call! She is friendly and professional. Also, when Heather's shift ended, she let me know that Mathew Riviera taking over for her and assisting me. Mathew Rivera was a pleasure to deal with too. More

I recently visited dch Toyota city and was treated like a VIP from the moment I was greeted thru the sales and finance dept up to meeting the General Manager, Jonathan Goldberg. I usually don’t like going to car dealerships but DCH Toyota City is the new standard! From the moment I walked in I was treated like family.
