got no apology from setvice advisor or service manager after i had to return vehicle to dealer b/c technician who performed oil change hours earlier was careless in securing plastic protective covering fo after i had to return vehicle to dealer b/c technician who performed oil change hours earlier was careless in securing plastic protective covering for oil pan/drain plug, after oil chg, and while i was driving home, protective covering dropped and was scraping/drug against street pavement. asked service advisor to inform service manager what happened since i would be contacting him. thus far, no call from service manager. i spent three extra hours waiting for the covering to be secured correctly on top of the almost 5 hour wait for the vehicle to be serviced. i have been a loyal customer at this toyota chula vista dealer for ten years-somebody needs to make this right. More
