OIL CHANGE SERVICE I have at appointment for oil change service. I was on line for about 30 minutes before the I talk to the service advisor. I was on the service counte I have at appointment for oil change service. I was on line for about 30 minutes before the I talk to the service advisor. I was on the service counter at exactly 0845 (actual appointment time). I was promised the it will be done by 10:32, but it's not. Until at around 11: 30, when I ask the service advisor if my car service was done. He went to check, and came back telling me it was not done yet. Service was not done not until 11:50, so I left the dealership around 12:00 noon. More

Useless to make appointment Today, Sept. 30, 2016, I brought my truck at 0715 for a 0730 appointment for oil change, filter change and 21 pt inspection. The truck was not brought in the shop until 0803 and was done at 0910. I saw those people went through the express service came and gone while me with an appointment still waiting for my truck. Next time I will just use the express service. The reason I made an appointment for an oil change was because somebody from the service department told me to do so even if I bring my truck early.Sounds like those people at the service department don't have a single policy. The first time I made appointment, I was told that I don't have to make appointment if I want it done before 0800. Even the parts department people have their own policy also. First person I asked, they don't give military discount and today the counter person said they do More
!!!BAIT & SWITCH - THEY TRIED BUT FAILED!!!! late july, came to agreement with salesman marco over texts on a 2011 tacoma for 19k& (ad price at the time: 19888$) & he said he might even be able t late july, came to agreement with salesman marco over texts on a 2011 tacoma for 19k& (ad price at the time: 19888$) & he said he might even be able to go 18k$ for me. so I zoomed to the dealership. test drove. signed financing paperwork & THEY RAN MY CREDIT & marco comes back with the paperwork. we start going over the prices & he shows me the car priced at 19888$. xxx!!! it was 19$ leaning on 18$ & now we're at 19888$??? confused i asked "what about the price you quoted me less than an hour ago. he says with a blank face: "sorry i thought i could offer it to you at that price but i can't". I drove back 45 miles. the next day he texts me (here's the funny part) & tells me he lowered it by a 1000$ ###FOR ME### & asked how i feel about that. suspicious & still pi**ed off, i checked the AD only to see they had lowered the car by a 1000$. HAH! but I thought I'll play the game. few more texts & we agreed on 18500$ plus 1600$ for my trade in. I get ready to go back & forget about last night, when he texts me & says they can only do 1000$ on my trade in even thought they appraised my car the night before. to add inury to the insult, a week later he texts me & says "truck is sold". whomever at this crooked dealership is reading this: your business practices are unethical & dishonest. I reported you guys to BBB & DMV Investigations. you thenk people are idiots, they're not. you lost one customer but I hope reading this more people become aware of how you do sales & stay away. thanks for dinging my credit marco. you were really polite but sorry I didn't let you rip me off. Too expensive. Poor job. I needed some electrical job done on my car. I went to this dealer to get an estimate. They said the job and parts will cost me more than 1k. I thought it was super expensive taking into account the parts go around $400 total. There is a 600+ dollar difference for just labor. After my 4 hour visit just to check my car, I got my car back and went home. I was driving for about 5 minutes on the highway when I heard banging noises on one of my wheels. I pulled over and found cables hanging from my car with a whole black duct tape attached to one of the ends of one of the cables (yes, a whole black duct tape). I also found part of the plastic around the wheels not assembled correctly after the mechanic(s) opened it to check it. I couldn't believe it! I will recommend people to do a better research regarding their cars. It is a good idea to have a second opinion. To the people that works at this dealer, please make sure your staff doesn't charge more than needed regarding labor. It is not rocket science (for the most part). Also, make sure your mechanics know what they are doing. I was lucky the tape didn't get stuck in my car's tire and that also didn't hit any other drivers with it on the road. More

I left my truck and walked to work which was convienantly close by - this is the only reason I went to a dealer against my better judgement and experience. After a couple hours they called me and said after inspection they determined it was a certain part and it would be over six hundred dollars, I immediately said do not do it. Next the representative said he could do something about the estimate, he did some recalculating and gave me a discount of $150. I reluctantly said go ahead and said thank you and goodbye. I instantly felt buyers remorse. Another couple hours went by and I received a voice mail saying the job was done and there was good news, the diagnosis was wrong and the price was now only $268. After analyzing what was said in the voicemail it was clear that the initial estimate was given without really inspecting the door as stated. I feel I was lied to from the beginning and only out of pure luck walked away with a reasonable fee. I used a dealer for this repair only because I was urged to do so by family and friends and convenience, from now on I will listen to my instincts and never again go to a dealer for repairs. More
