Service department appears to be very understaffed. For a oil change, tire rotation and balancing, I waited about 5 hours before I got my car back. I will not be using this dealer in the future. Susanna is an amazing sales woman. She helped me from the very beginning to the very end. She did her best to get me the best deal possible, even in the situation that I was in. One thing that I do not appreciate is the way that sales representatives split commissions with internet salesman. Apparently, Giovanni will receive part Susanna’s commission just for sending out an automated text message to me, however I don’t even know what he looks like nor have I ever spoken to him and he has not helped in anyway. I hope that this review comes across the right person so they can really reflect on how commissions are distributed out among employees. Additionally, after I left the dealership, my car was still locked by the dealership essentially leaving me stranded for about an hour once I tried to turn on the car after I had left the dealership. Once again Susanna went out of her way to unlock the car for me when no one else would. She deserves employee of the year and it’s barely January. More
