Great service! I recently needed a new battery and wipers. I had previously always gone to your El Cajon location, where I purchased my car. Jose Villegas was my associate for easily 14 years and I had great faith and confidence in him. He always showed me the respect and courtesy I appreciated. He left for another location and my experiences afterwards were a bit disappointing. Until I went to the Santee location and Scott Miller was my associate/advisor. He showed me the same courtesy, respect and professionalism....something that is difficult to find all in the same person. He handled my service needs quickly and with a touch of humor and friendliness. I couldn't believe how fast my vehicle was serviced and I was on my way. I had previously had oil changes in El Cajon, with an appointment and sat for over three hours! I have found a new service location because of Scott Miller. You should clone him...and Jose! Thank you for these two fine excellent examples of the very best in Toyota service. More

Great Service on Warranty Repair - Air Bag I stopped by to check on when I could get the passenger Air Bag replaced as I had just received the Warranty Re-call notice. I was expecting a long w I stopped by to check on when I could get the passenger Air Bag replaced as I had just received the Warranty Re-call notice. I was expecting a long waited period as many of my friends with other makes of cars have been wiating months to get there's replaced. My Service writer Ed Kosinski surprised me and said that they could do the job that day and I would get a rental car at no charge so that I could complete the tasks that I had planed to do that day. Ed arranged a car thur Enterprise Car and got me on my way. He let me know when the approximately he figured the job would be completed so I could plan my time. I can't thank Ed enough for the great job he did in getting me thru the warranty repair. I go too this Toyota Service Center as it is the nearest my home and I always recived great care from them. Mr Ed Kosinki has been my service writer for all time that I have brought my $ runner in for service and he has always done a great job, much better than the service that I have gotten form other dealer ships. So when Toyota Certified of Santee opened it was an easy t I have purchased from, and been a service customer of, Toyota of El Cajon for 30+ years. So when Toyota Certified of Santee opened it was an easy thing to "pop" over on the 52 from the East County. The folks there are both friendly and customer orientated. If it can be done, they'll get done. The Service Manger David Anderson is a great asset to Toyota Certified and when he moved there from Toyota of El Cajon we were delighted to follow him there. In addition, each time I'm there, the maintenance or repair is done in less time that I'm initially quoted. The lobby/waiting area is also very nice: coffee, hot chocolate, vending machine and ample & comfortable seating. More
