I only drove two, as we both felt the Lexus hybrid would meet all my needs and get excellent gas mileage at the same time. What a bonus! The whole process was virtually painless, the finance department was efficient, and working with Franklin was like working with a friend. He is extremely personable, has a wonderful sense of humor, and genuinely cares about people. I wasted no time referring my friend to him, and she bought a car the same day they established contact.
