DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT attempt to have any dealings with Toyota Carlsbad Service Dept! We have been trying for Almost a Year! to get the heater on my Prius repaired. [BTW we purchased the car from Toyota Toyota Carlsbad Service Dept! We have been trying for Almost a Year! to get the heater on my Prius repaired. [BTW we purchased the car from Toyota Cbad] We have called, had to leave messages for service reps and even service manager...gotten no response. We have come to the service dept., spoken to reps, who promised results, but have not followed through with an appointment. Not the Way to run a business!! More
