On April 22, my 2022 Sienna hybrid engine light came on and the car shook. When I came here, I was first informed that the inspection fee was 90 dollars, and about two hours later, I was informed that I ne and the car shook. I agreed with the result. I was informed on the next Monday, April 25th, that the fuel injector was broken, and the price was $1,700 for all, which would take about a week to repair. I also agreed. A day later, I was informed that the fuel injector did not work, because the head gasket was broken, and they needed to contact Toyota for solutions. Two days later, I was informed that Toyota would compensate me, and I still paid $1,700, but it took another week to pick up the car. On April 1, I contacted Toyota again to ask can I get my car back this week. They replied that they would repair it as soon as possible, and informed me on Thursday, April 4, that I could not pick up the car until another week. Until today, April 8, I received another phone call from Toyota, informing me that there was a problem with the cylinder head again, and I need to pay up to 4100 dollars to fix it! My car has been repaired for 17 days now, each time they told I can pick it up next week, each time they told there is a new problem. So what exactly did I find out when I paid $420 for the initial in-depth examination? How can I be sure that the other problems with the car are not the result of your maintenance? My car has 68,000 miles on it, and I know it's more than 60,000 miles warranty on the Toyota, is an extra 8,000 miles going to cause so much damage to the engine? All my maintenance records were done at Toyota. Why didn't you find any problems before? I told Toyota a long time ago that my car wouldn't get more than 30 miles per gallon as advertised. My car only got 28 miles per gallon, but every time I got the answer that the car was fine. Isn't it funny now? Our child is not yet a year old, I am a delivery driver, my family income is in this car. I agreed to the $420 in-depth examination in the hope that the problem can be found and fixed as soon as possible so that I can continue to earn money for my family as soon as possible. If they had been told on the first day that this car would take so long I would have figured out a way to fix it instead of putting it off week by week! Now I am out of work for half a month, and I have to pay $4,100 in maintenance fees, and I don't know is that the final price, and I don't know when I can get my car back! More
