First of all, he was rude to begin with. He tried to upsell me when I get there. He asked me to sign the paper with much higher price. Luckily, I caught his mistake. Very unhappy. It was recommended to replace my front brakes. I had 4mm. I was told it was recommended to replace at 3mm. I had the work done along with an oil chan It was recommended to replace my front brakes. I had 4mm. I was told it was recommended to replace at 3mm. I had the work done along with an oil change based on what I was told. Today I reviewed the manufacturer’s service requirements. Toyota recommends replacement at 1mm. Dishonest service advisor duped me into purchasing front brakes when I did not need them. Wondering if the manager know that the service advisors are not being honest with the customers. More

I would like everyone that has a Toyota that should always have their car inspected by this Fabulous car for parts and labor if they find problems with your Toyota . If it’s a loose wire and whatever always have their car inspected by this Fabulous car for parts and labor if they find problems with your Toyota . If it’s a loose wire and whatever seems to give you problems from my experience they have done wonderful analysis and corrected the problem that was fixed even before I got home the sent a message to me saying all done come and pickup your car.. play it safe and truly trust this Toyota Carlsbad Parts and service.
