The person who helped me out, the man didn’t even mention his name to me, was very unprofessional. He spoke over me when I was trying to explain to him my situation. One of the tire sensors are broken. This Tacoma has been built poorly. I am very disappointed with Toyota. I should have bought another Chevy Silverado. I’ve had this brand new Chevy for almost a year now and I have had zero problems with it. Toyota should offer me one 3 years instead of 2 years of free oil changes. I absolutely regret buying this Toyota Tacoma BRAND NEW. More

The waiting area was nice. There's a coffee dispenser that uses "Starbucks beans" for free. EVERY staff member I crossed paths with had a blank stare look in their eyes - no one was happy or smiling, as if they were all miserable but were nice enough. More
In general the service advisor was courteous from the start and following up. Just be careful of what you sign at the beginning since the diagnostic fees can vary. It was quite alarming to find out that code misfire that I presented with was given a charge of $180+ and they’ve only added a bit of oil and could not find the misfire code over night. I would believe if there was no issues the usual fee of $99 diagnostics would be charged with a kindness of the dealer and advisor’s discretion. Happy to know how Toyota carlsbad service works now.
