Even though I had a terrible day from getting into a car accident, they truly took the time to make me feel important and were very comforting. From the ladies at the front desk (I wish I remember their names but they all were the sweetesr!), to the shuttle driver that took me to work the first day, and finally my main contact (Mark) who kept me updated though the whole process- all were clearly on the same page and provided such excellent service. I know there were so many people I didn't have contact with that had a hand in fixing my car... I was impressed with the work and thankful it was finished a whole week early! While I hope nothing ever happens to my car, I would definitely take it to Toyota Carlsbad collison center and highly recommend such an amazing team! More
