Fast, Friendly and Clean Immediately after purchasing my new car, I needed the tires inspected. Anthony was absolutely wonderful by offering assistance to getting this taken care of. He took me to the service center and introduced me to the service team. Anthony then escorted me to the waiting area and got me a drink. He continually checked in on me to provide me updates and assure me that I would be on my way soon. It would have been easy for them to just fill up my tire and send me on my way, but they inspected the tire to ensure there wasn't an puncture issue, then identified the sensor was defective. At which time they asked if I had the time to wait or if I wanted to come back. It was such a positive experience, it will be a pleasure to return to the service center to get this small issue resolved. Anthony was an amazing example of customer service and I was thoroughly impressed with how attentive he was. Also, the financing of this new car was the most pleasant experience I have ever had while purchasing a car! Cameron was very personal and provided very good information about my loan and the options I had. He was very knowledgable and professional, it was soooo unexpected. More
