J Came in to look at cars not knowing what we were really looking for. Jesse was very patient as we looked at and test drove several different cars. Jesse was very informative with all of the vehicles that we drove and told us about all the features. We finally found a car that we liked and we inside and started doing the paper work. He came back and gave us the numbers. They were a little higher than what we wanted to pay. Jesse wasn't pushy at all and gave us all the time we needed to decide. We decided not to go with this car and took some more time to look around. Jesse gave us some great websites to check out and after about a week we found another one that we wanted to check out. He went and grabbed it from another dealer and brought it over. We fell in love instantly with this Mazda 6. Jesse was fast in getting the paperwork done and took care of everything. If you ever need a great sales employee, go to Jesse. More
Good price, bad everything else Stay away from Toyota Bountiful. Other than a few exceptions, these guys have been a joke to work with. We've been beyond patient dealing with them Stay away from Toyota Bountiful. Other than a few exceptions, these guys have been a joke to work with. We've been beyond patient dealing with them, and they've been so bad that we've finally decided to just cut our losses and live with our issues. We bought our 2008 Buick Enclave from them after doing a bunch of research and knowing what we wanted to pay and what we would expect. We got there, test drove it, and everything seemed fine. The one issue with it was that the stereo system wasn't working. They wrote in the contract that they'd fix it, so we bought the car and drove it home that night planning to bring it back later. Everything was good. We also bought extended coverage in case there were any outstanding issues. The finance guy told us if we brought it back to Toyota Bountiful there's no deductible, so that sounded great as well. We also specifically asked for the seals and gaskets coverage, because it was just another couple bucks a month. The next week, after having it checked out by our car guy (at Extreme Auto in Centerville - highly recommended, by the way), we brought it back to Toyota Bountiful for some maintenance - on this trip, we were just looking to get the stereo fixed. After a few days of being in the shop, we got a call from Michael (in service), saying they wouldn't fix it for us anymore because it was too expensive, even though the contract didn't specify a maximum price. When we asked him to talk to his manager to get it approved, he wouldn't. He asked us to call the receptionist back and have her redirect us to the sales manager. We did that, but he wasn't available, so we left a message. We called back the next day, and same thing. About a week later we finally got a hold of him. He took one look at the contract and said, "Well yeah, it says right here that we'd fix it. I don't even know why this is an issue." We didn't know either. A few days later, Michael called us to tell us that they couldn't fix it anyway, and needed to send it across the street to a GM store to get it fixed. That was fine - we still had 2 cars and didn't need this one yet. So they fixed it. Yay! We scheduled another time with Michael to get the other stuff fixed. A couple weeks later, we brought it in for the other stuff that was found, but this time we decided to get a rental car (or van). That was okay, because we were told it was all covered. Turns out, they would only cover 2 days up to $30/day. I know, I should have read the fine print, but I trusted the finance guy (to his credit, he's been the best guy to deal with at the dealership). After a couple days of the car being in the shop, Michael called us again to tell us that the warranty company wasn't gonna cover the fixes, because we didn't have the seals and gaskets coverage (which we definitely did). We told him we specifically asked for that when we got the warranty, to which he replied that he saw it on his paperwork, but the warranty company wouldn't budge. Instead of calling them himself, he asked us to do it. Seriously? Luckily, our finance guy was willing to call them and get it sorted out. I don't know if Toyota Bountiful sent them the wrong paperwork or if the warranty company just got mixed up, but the fix only took 2 days, and the car was in the shop for about a week and a half. When we came to pick it up, Michael explained that the warranty company might try to be cheap with our rental, and that we might want to call them and explain the mix-up. I didn't think much of it, because I still thought it was all covered. A couple weeks later, I got a bill for around $600 for the rental car. So I called them, explained the situation, and asked them if I could get more coverage since it was all because of a miscommunication on their end. They said no, because it's Toyota Bountiful's fault. I called Toyota Bountiful, and they said it's the warranty company's fault. Neither would budge. A couple weeks later, lo and behold, the stereo stops working again, and now they're refusing to fix it. Now I'm stuck with this really expensive (for me) stereo-less car, because they won't do what was in the original contract, and a $600 bill, because I was misled about the rental car coverage and it took them about 10 days to do 2 day's worth of work. Thanks guys! Edit: I know it's been almost a year since my original review on the website, but I thought I'd update everyone on the experience. In short, it didn't get resolved. They're an awful dealership and I will never buy there again, and caution anyone else against it as well. And here's the longer version: A few weeks after the review, a sales manager called and acted like he wanted to resolve the problems, but then whenever we tried to get the car into the shop he would drag his feet by not answering the phone or ever calling back. I counted at the time, and while I don't remember the exact number, it was something like 15 calls I made to them that didn't get returned. I even left quite a few messages. After a few months of trying, we finally got the car back into the shop, just to find out that it was about 2 weeks too late for the warranty on the stereo. Yep - we tried to get the car back in for over a year, and when we finally did it was too late. They took the offer to pay for the rental car (the bill we got stuck with because the finance guy misled us and they didn't send the warranty company the right paperwork) off the table, but offered to pay for a small portion of the stereo repair (that they were supposed to cover in the contract). When my wife called to ask why they weren't covering the whole thing, Troy Bennett (the GM) just laid into her telling her she's ungrateful and that we were lucky they were willing to do anything. He was so awful that she was actually crying when she called me to tell me about it. I'll probably report them to the BBB eventually, but for the time being, we've just tried to erase this portion of our lives. So, just like in my original review on the website, we're still out $600 because of them, and we still don't have a working stereo, even though right on the front of the contract, it states that they'd fix it. STAY AWAY!!! More

Jose and his supervisor, I believe his name is Auggie, were very rude and offensively impolite when we decided not purchase a car which didn't have the options we were looking for. It is kind of a long story but it suffice me to say that I would never buy a car in this dealership due to the extremely poor customer service and their dishonest sales tactics. More
