Great first time car buying experience I worked with Wyatt Turpin and he was excellent in getting me a starter car. I told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He took it from there and got me exactly what I was looking for with less than what I was willing to pay! I would highly recommend going in and working with him as he was very knowledgeable and knew how to treat a customer! I am extremely happy with him and Toyota Bountiful and would recommend it to anybody looking to buy a great car at an affordable price. Thank you Wyatt and everyone at Toyota Bountiful!!! More

Thoroughly check you car! Nothing is off the table. I was contacted by Marco from a KSL ad i posted for my vehicle to buy. He said he had a buyer for it and could offer top dollar. I came into the deale I was contacted by Marco from a KSL ad i posted for my vehicle to buy. He said he had a buyer for it and could offer top dollar. I came into the dealer to find they didn't have a buyer and wanted to steal it from me. I hassled with them to get to my bottom line. After the deal the truck is now listed for 5k+ above what they gave me for it . The car i was interested in had some damage that wasn't detected on my initial walk-around or mentioned. After i signed the paperwork and looked over the car and found the damage (entire hood). They offered to pay 1/2 (replace hood and paint) so i reluctantly agreed to keep the car. After i picked the car up from service I wanted to know how to operate the fog lights that are equipped and to my surprise the car doesn't have the correct switch (blinker rod) to operate the lights that are installed so i'm left without fog lights. The only positive experience i have had on this dealership is with Weston in finance. Hew was very personable and great to work with. More

Of course my husband wanted a Toyota Tundra because it is the right size and it keeps its value. We realized pretty quickly that we would not be able to get a new truck, and so turned our eyes to a used one. We didn't want one that was ill used. So the sales people started looking for us. They found one, that I didn't want. Then finally settled on a truck that one of the dealership employees was driving.. We drove it and loved it. By this time, we had been at the dealership for a few hours and my blood sugar was getting low, I am diabetic. Jesse went and got me a piece of chicken, If he hadn't done that, I don't think we could have stayed to close the deal. Jesse was great! Then Scott Roper helped us with the loan and financing... he was awesome too. It was great to be able to find what we wanted on the first try. And Auggie was nice enough to give up his truck for us. I still love it. Thanks everyone. More

The people are nice and accommodating while you are there but it seemed like it was all so that you would rate them excellent in their survey. They probably reminded 100 times while I was there how important it was that I gave them an excellent rating on their survey that they would call in after you have purchased a car there. Which I guess is fine but I felt like they were more concerned about getting that across to me then actually providing great service. One of the main problems I had and I STILL am having is that I purchased additional protection service with my vehicle. But as soon as I purchased the vehicle and left they seem to care less whether or not I receive such. I have called in many times just to get the same answer that they will call me back and to the same disappointment nothing happens. It has been extremely difficult to track them down. More

My Step Daughter Ashley has been driving a death trap for to long and you folks made it possible for me to afford her the necessity of driving off the showroom floor in a new 2015 Toyota Corolla LE. The expression on Her face and Her Mom's face was priceless. A few nights earlier I came in and decided to lease a few vehicles. I worked with David Winquist, Josh Brinkerhoff, and Justin Wilkes in Sales. I then wrapped up with Scott Roper. I am grateful that you all stayed so late so that I could create a nice surprise for my sweet Wife and Her Daughter who has had such rotten luck. I hope 2015 is off too a great start for her...Also one more thing to note is that the Professionalism that Scott Roper, Justin Wilkes, Josh Brinkerhoff, and David Winquist demonstrated to me has restored my faith in one of our dealerships so close to home.
