I worked for Toyota Bountiful for 4 years over the last 5 in the sales department and know that its easy for everyone to get caught up with everything going on at a dealership that sells 300 cars a month +. This doesn't mean they don't care. There is a chance they forgot or never got the message. Customer service is the only thing that keeps us open.
