He saw to it that we were very comfortable with the Sienna. He was very patient as we looked it over all we wanted and asked many, many questions. Craig also saw to it that we had plenty of water, hot cocoa, Goldfish, and Mike & Ikes, which we enjoyed very much. The Goldfish helped to keep our baby entertained, which was a huge bonus! (This isn't about the car buying, but we very much enjoyed getting to know Craig and seeing his incredible artwork. It was a very pleasant evening for us). Craig went the extra mile and saw to it that even though we were buying a used vehicle, he had $25 worth of gas put in for us. He also had the van washed and waxed for us, which we appreciated very much. It looked like new! Craig stayed after hours seeing to it that we were well-taken-care-of. Thank you very much, Craig! Auggie came over personally and helped us to land on a deal we were comfortable with. One thing that we really appreciated from Auggie was the fact that he never walked away without asking us if we had any other questions, concerns, or something we needed. One of the many things we appreciated about Scott was the fact that he wasn't hurried or pushy at all. He was very laid back, yet we could tell he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. He was very patient as we asked questions and asked him to walk us through the information. He even walked us through things without us asking him to, which we very much appreciated. He gave us some creative ideas on how to pay our van off sooner, which we are thrilled about! Responsive to my requests I am an accountant type. I need to understand the numbers. I had never leased a car before, so there was definitely a learning curve. I had asked them for a detailed cost breakdown based on a lease or a copy of the lease agreement. They would not give me that information. The Internet Team at Bountiful Toyota gave me what I asked for. I had a scanned lease agreement in my email the next business day. I also felt like they gave me their best price for the new Toyota Camry LE up front. No games, no "let me talk to my manager", no waiting for 30 to 60 minutes to try and wear me down. They told me what they could sell the car for without haggling and it was lower than what the other dealers had quoted. My wife didn't want to drive in the traffic and through the construction in Bountiful to go to the dealer to sign the papers. I got dropped off at the dealer after leaving work. We did all the paper work. The salesman gathered it all up and followed me to Ogden where my wife signed the papers in the comfort of our home. Bountiful Toyota was friendly and courteous. They respected my intelligence and gave me the information that I requested. They were professional in all their dealings and went above and beyond the normal expectations.
