He worked closely with their finance department to reach the perfect deal for me to get the vehicle that I wanted with no pressure which is usually not the case with most dealerships. Had a great experience with Ian Urry buying a car In January I was rear-ended while driving my 96 Camry. It had been such a good car and the engine and transmission were still going strong. My wife and I had spent a couple of weeks looking on-line for cars and even went to some other dealers, but had not found what we wanted. After we returned the rental car we were using, we realized we needed to spend some serious time looking for a car. We decided to stop in at Toyota Bountiful, since they would most likely have used Toyotas. When we arrived, Ian Urry came out to help us. He asked us questions about the type of car we were looking for and the amount of money we were wanting to spend. He took us around the used car lots, starting at very inexpensive (per our request) up through what we could afford. He pointed out several options, especially Toyotas and Hondas (which were what we were interested in). After considering a really nice Honda Accord, we asked him about a Corolla he had previously mentioned (I had earlier thought that a Corolla would be too small for me). We took it for a test drive and my wife and I immediately fell in love with it. Ian was very polite and helpful all the way through the purchase. He made sure that we were happy with our purchase. I would recommend Ian Urry to anyone wanting to buy a car. More
