When my wife started leaning in a different direction, Jesse took the trouble to understand her needs/concerns, take her on a tour of other vehicles, all the time explaining the pluses and minuses of the vehicles, which helped her to make a value for money decision that she was happy with. Everyone was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was pressured which is huge for me. I also felt like I was getting a fair deal. I felt like I could relax around them and didn't need to keep my gaurd up or be suspicious. The dealership was clean and actually pleasant to be there. Anyone who has bought a car knows that you are usually there for a long time so the environment is really important. These people think of EVERYTHING to make it easier for the customer and pay attention to the smallest details. As someone who works in an industry that is trying to give the consumer the best experience possible I really appreciated it. I will send everyone and anyone to this dealership. Again, cannot say enough good about them. For me, the professionalism and the experience that I had there was worth paying a little more for the dealer fees. Weston was super sweet and helpful and ended up working with me even more to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I want to thank these two guys for being so patient with me. I talked to Auggie for a bit, and the entire team in general are just friendly and easy to be around and to communicate with. Not once did I feel unwelcome. You guys are terrific. Overall Pretty Decent When I initially went into this dealership to consider an early lease buyout I did not have a good experience; however I posted a review on this site When I initially went into this dealership to consider an early lease buyout I did not have a good experience; however I posted a review on this site and within minutes I got a call from Russ Smith, Sales Manager. We were able to talk through my experience and I felt like a valued customer. I have posted reviews before with other businesses and I usually do not get any response. It was refreshing to get a call and to have someone take responsibility for my experience. In all businesses there is some level of human error, but I think at the end of the day they are doing the right things. The management team takes complaints seriously and does things to get things resolved even if it takes a couple tries. I don't know everything that was going on, but in the end Scott Roper took care of me and that is all that I wanted. More

Best car buying experience ever Eli was the best sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Camry as well as the other makes that it is compared to.
