He stayed with us throughout the process, and patiently answered all questions with a genuine smile. We recommend Quinton to anyone looking for an automobile at this dealership. In addition, our finance rep Scott efficiently and throroughly handled the finance part of the transaction, and we would also recommend him. We picked this dealership for its good reviews and very reasonable pricing. Got what I asked for, refreshing experience! Like many people I research auto purchases before buying. I was very direct with Jesse Stott, in that I was looking at other auto's, and would make a final decision based on what I felt was a fair price for his listing. Upfront I explained to Jesse, that I would simply state what I felt was a fair price, and not dicker. If they didn't like the price, no hard feelings I would leave and purchase another vehicle. I simply didn't want to play any of the typical dealership games. He kept his word with following through with my request, and was extremely pleasant the entire time. I got a solid deal on an excellent SUV. After the purchase negotiation was finalized, Jason Long wanted my trade. I told Jason what I could get for fair price (KBB / Edmunds) on a private sale. They matched it by using the tax deduction. Fine with me! I would definately do business agian with Jesse Stott and Jason Long again. Excellent job! More

Pleasant experience! I walked into the dealership with no intention of buying nor did I want to confront a typical, bullheaded car salesman. As I walked in I was pleasantl I walked into the dealership with no intention of buying nor did I want to confront a typical, bullheaded car salesman. As I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by multiple sales representatives and they were 100% professional. My visit was not what I expected. Bradley Kip, along with his assistant, walked me over to his desk and made sure I was comfortable by asking questions about my personal life and hobbies along with providing drinks and snacks to calm the nerves. He asked great qualifying questions to figure out exactly what type of car I wanted/needed. I've never seen anyone work so hard to help me without being pushy, abrasive, or disrespectful. Great team they have over there. The manager was persistent but professional and my finance manager helped relieve any last nerves I had going through my body. I will recommend everyone I know to go to this dealership. More
Hands Down "The Best" Experience Anyone could ever ask for We have purchased now a total of 4 vehicles from Toyota Bountiful and the experience I had with Mark Jones and Russ has been the best experience I hav We have purchased now a total of 4 vehicles from Toyota Bountiful and the experience I had with Mark Jones and Russ has been the best experience I have had in purchasing the right vehicle for my family. They asked as many questions as possible to know personally our situation and how they can better match us with the vehicle of our choice, making us feel like we are not pushed into purchasing a vehicle that we don't want to. The way that Mark was able to continually check in with us during the waiting process was just fantastic. We were able to save money on our current purchase of 2 vehicles that it has helped us financially stay on top of things instead of feeling like we are drowning in payments. The fact that we have one of the vehicles on a 3 year and such a low payment is just outstanding and we will definitely be looking to trade in for another vehicle at that time if life permits. We have had several sour experiences in purchasing vehicles and you guys have always been worth spending a whole day with, knowing that you are doing everything you can to fit our budget and save us money not only on payments but also providing us with better financial stability to get ahead of the game and keep a positive track record for our future purchases. Next thing you need to do is have a "game room" for us older "children at heart" so we can play halo or Modern warfare etc. while waiting for the paperwork to be processed. More
