Once you have signed the papers they quit caring! I purchased a new RAV4. The experience was horrible. I left the dealership empty handed after several hours and many broken promises . I got a call 2 I purchased a new RAV4. The experience was horrible. I left the dealership empty handed after several hours and many broken promises . I got a call 2 days later from a manager and we worked out a deal over the phone. Things went smoothly until they installed the wrong leather in my vehicle. (a service that I had paid top dollar for). I spoke with management ( JT ) and he said he would check into it and call me back. He never did even after I had called back and left several messages. It would have been nice to feel that I was a valued customer. As for my sales associate- he had been fired. Customer satisfaction should be priority #1! More

We found the Truck we wanted and started negotiations with Russ. He was very cool, calm, and helped us reach our bottom dollar number. Very happy about that. Once we hit the finance office, there was a little misunderstanding. But at the end of the day, we signed on the agreed upon monthly payment! And I'm now the owner of a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma! The dealership is very nice, with good amenities. Great staff, just trying to do the best job that they can. Regular guys like you or I. More
Found a great Car at a great price. But couldn't register I was very happy to get to know the people I was dealing with before I got into the business of the vehicle I was interested in.. The engine compartme I was very happy to get to know the people I was dealing with before I got into the business of the vehicle I was interested in.. The engine compartment had not yet been washed however could have been at no cost before I left.. I felt this created transparency on hiding vehicle issues.. I was disappointed on only one thing that I feel was hidden from me.. a 300$ Protection Plus charge for something that was obviously on the car when they received it.. I could only find the etch on one existing window.. Besides the etch it was a great experience and I only suggest you look over charges carefully before signing any document.. then to top it off. Received no title, or application for title.. a trip to the dmv the next day created a lot of extra expenses and hassle that the dealership created.. I left the lot without any type of registration for the vehicle. UPDATE: They did refund me the Protection plus fee, a few days after I bought the car. More
