The customer service was/is excellent. I brought in my car to replace a spiral cable that was on the recall list. aaron nall is the most dishonest and unethical finance mgr. Aaron had me sign the sales contract and delivered the vehicle and three days later called me to come back and sign a new contract with higher pmt an Aaron had me sign the sales contract and delivered the vehicle and three days later called me to come back and sign a new contract with higher pmt and on top of that i had to put money down which put me in financial strap, because i had no money to put down right from the starting of the transaction..Aaron also sent me a letter saying if i dont sign a new contract i need to bring the vehicle back and pay for miles driven plus any damage..i would like to know why he let me take the vehicle off the lot if i was not approved and why did he make me sign the contract which had no value.Craig vierig the sales person is the only reason why i returned ,he is very knowlegable upfront with no hidden surprises and honest with integrity.If craig moves to a different dealer i will go to him to buy my next vehicle but i will not come back to your dealership as long aaron is working there.In last 30 +years i always had new toyota vehicles.Even now i have 4 new toyota vehicles.thanks for letting me put my honest opnion. Terrible Service on trying to buy my 2nd car here So Jose Gomez contacted me to trade in my 4runner so I told him give me a few weeks and to give me a call back. I decided to call jose back after a few days and i left him a message to call me back and he never did so I moved on and got ahold of Kyden and try to purchase my second vehicle from Toyota bountiful. Kyden never gave me the time of day when I told him what I needed as far as making a deal. I think he thought that he wasn't goin to make enough on the deal so he put no effort into my deal. He never even gave me a counter offer after he said he would. So I got ahold of Mark Miller Toyota and visited with a gentleman named Kyle and we made a deal! So I done business with Toyota bountiful once and won't do it again its time to move on. Mark Miller Toyota #1!!! Way to ruin a deal boys! More
VERY dishonest practices at the service center I had a bad experience with them a while back due to insanely high repair prices and difficulty getting a quote but my car was having issues the other I had a bad experience with them a while back due to insanely high repair prices and difficulty getting a quote but my car was having issues the other night and they were the only ones open so I decided to give them another try. Problems encountered: 1, I called ahead (5 minutes out) and asked if they'd be able to look at my vehicle that night, they said yes. I arrived and was told all techs had left an hour and a half earlier. 2, they said they definitely didn't think my vehicle was safe to drive and I should leave it overnight, they'd look at it first thing in the morning (a lady named Michelle stressed "first thing" twice) and call me back. So $100 to look at it and $35 for a rental... 3, the next day no one called me back, I started calling at 1pm and was told the only person who could tell me anything about my car was Michelle but she wasn't there. I then kept calling back every 30 minutes and was repeatedly told no one else could tell me literally ANYTHING about my car but Michelle and she was with another customer. 4, when she finally did call back late in the afternoon she said my car WAS safe to drive but diagnosing the problem was difficult which is why it took longer than "first thing in the morning". Once I got my car back I looked at my dashcam which turns on when my car does and shockingly it showed that they didn't start looking at my car till shortly after I started calling at 1pm. Short version: busy I understand, but repeatedly lying to a customer I do not. I have 2 repairs needed (1 minor) and my wife will soon be needing a new car, guess where I will NOT be going for help with any of those issues? More
