Toyota Bountiful

Toyota Bountiful always delivers my car on time or before. This last time I needed to be out of there by a certain time. And we had to add an extra service that needed to be done. They got me out on time so that I could get to my next appointment. They are always very friendly courteous and keep me up-to-date on everything. They do not try to push anything that I do not need done to my car. I go the extra mile and time to make sure I can take my car to them. It is about a 40 minute drive from my house to the dealership to get my car serviced but it is worth it to me. Trust means a lot and getting my car serviced. More

This is the worst service I have ever had. I waited for 4 1/2 hours! No one offered a shuttle! They first told me it would only be 2 hrs, so I thought I would wait! I needed my emissions test done and they were able to get it done, but I called for a price and was told it would be $30 and when I got there I was told it was $36.75.
