Worst communication and misinformation I have ever had from a business. Go to a different Toyota dealership for your Toyota needs. Since buying my vehicle here. I was given a sales job by service department about what needed to be done. They recommended a litany if things to be fixed on a 2020 Hylander with 28k miles. They said I needed new rotors, new brakes, fl needed to be done. They recommended a litany if things to be fixed on a 2020 Hylander with 28k miles. They said I needed new rotors, new brakes, flush brake lines, & a few which I can’t remember. I called the general manager, whom I never heard back from , and the service manager who called me back after 3 hours. After I spoke to the service manager, he said he would investigate and call me back, he said it was very unusual to change rotors after 28k mikes. Never heard back from him, he had someone else call me back. They did offer me a 10% discount - so it cost me $737 for the work when I just came in for oil change & tire rotation. More

I placed an order for a new vehicle 10 months ago and still haven’t received it. They required a $1000 no refundable deposit. But what if they never receive the vehicle? Will they refund my deposit? Seems a little sketchy, so beware before you sign up for a new vehicle delivery. More

2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from here in 2 years. Rodney and Mike were great to work with and I feel like we made a fair deal. Finance process was quick and friendly too. This dealership is the bane of my existence. After purchasing my car from them nearly a year ago, I have experienced xxxx. I don’t understand how they are still in business. They have dropped the ball more times than I can count at this point. Most recently, they scratched my car door during regular service and after approaching them, they have ghosted me. During my car buying experience, they provided me several wrong time frames of when my car would arrive, they told me my car was ready, I showed up to pick it up and the car had the wrong VIN. They sent a short payoff for my previous car. I could go on and on about the misery this dealership has caused and would not recommend it to anyone. As someone who works in the Quality Assurance field, I find the behavior of all employees of this dealership horrendous. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction and I would advise anyone looking to purchase a car to steer clear of Toyota Bountiful. I will give them credit for attempting to make things right by offering a few free services but upon taking advantage of those services, I have ended up with more disappointment than relief! More
