We needed A new car for our growing family, we went in letting them know where we were and what we could afford. Especially with me being 6 months pegnant with or 4th child. We spent all day into the night being talking into a car we weren't really that into. They had us take it home, out of state, because they had to work on getting us the loan and payments we could do. A week later, and after actually really liking the car, they get back to us with a totally absurd down payment. Back and forth, and so much stress, they came with a totally different amount with EVERYTHING! They enticed us with the promise of new tires, because they were very bald, and a full detail! We drive all the way back from Colorado to get what was promised to us, after we get it back everything was half done. Knowing the car was just traded in before we bought it and it had never been cleaned. When I called to ask why the detail wasn't done I was told THEY couldn't put more money into it and they were sorry. I was really hoping they would redeem themselves for all the stress and broken promises. But once again we were let down! I well never go back here, and will tell everyone I know and don't know to be ware if buying a car here!! I'm giving one star only because I have to. More
They dont honor their deals I went there and craig there salesmen told us the price of a truck we were looking at online. It was under there advertised price got us excited. Then he told us real price but they had a promotiin to spin a wheel for money off. We spun the wheel and won 500 dollars off. They said the truck had been serviced but when we test drove it ir had a obvious problem service department not very good. Now they have to fix problem and wont sale me the truck for what there advertised price with there promotion is . wont honor there own deal even though they messed up didnt service it write in first place and priced it to low for their own promotion. Truck back up for sale for 3000 dollars more. Horrible sales department. More
They will lie to get the sale I leased a vehicle from Toyota of Bountiful. They called me up asking if I wanted to turn in my lease early and purchase a newer vehicle. I agreed to I leased a vehicle from Toyota of Bountiful. They called me up asking if I wanted to turn in my lease early and purchase a newer vehicle. I agreed to talk to them about it. They said they would pay off my lease if I purchased a new vehicle so would not be responsible for the remaining payments. They cut me a check and sent me on my way. I get a bill from Toyota for the remaining payments. The check they gave me was not enough to cover the remaining payments on the lease. When I contacted them about this, they basically sent me on my way and told me I would be responsible for the remaining payments. They basically lied to me when they told me they would pay off the lease and left me with the remaining payments. This is the 2nd time this dealership has lied to me. Previously they told me they gave a referral bonus if you send in a friend who purchased a vehicle. After fighting to get my bonus after a friend purchased a vehicle, I was never paid the referral bonus I was told I would get. Do NOT listen to what these people tell you. They will lie to you to get the sale then leave you hanging. More

My Truck was gone for 5 Months 5 Months. That's how long our truck was gone. If that's gotten your attention listen to the whole story. We bought a used truck; they said a new trann 5 Months. That's how long our truck was gone. If that's gotten your attention listen to the whole story. We bought a used truck; they said a new tranny had been installed. Two days later we found out it had NOT been installed. They install it and the truck shows ALL the problems hidden by the tranny issue. We take it in to their dealership multiple times they can't figure it out. They try to make us pay $600 for something they THINK might be wrong. We say NO WAY! They sold us this truck and it was not street worthy. The check engine light always comes on. We talk to the GM and he tries to appease us by saying they will take care of whatever issues it is having. They send it to the Chevrolet dealership to have them pinpoint what is wrong. We wait, and call, and call and they either never answer, tell us its getting worked on but not what’s wrong, or never call us back. The first time Toyota had it they kept if for a month which we thought was kind of crazy but they kept it at the Chevy dealership for 5 MONTHS!! I don't understand why anyone would think that's ok! My husband and I have both cried actual tears over the whole situation and we are still dealing with it to this day. They never fixed it. Everything they did temporarily made it run ok but inevitably, a week or a day later the engine light is on. When I tried to get a refund because the situation is ridiculous the GM says no, they don't do refunds after 30 days. THEY HAD MY TRUCK FOR 30 DAYS???? They paid the payments for the time they had the truck which was something but it does not make up for the wasted time and heartbreak. When I told the GM they had sold me the truck saying the tranny had been replaced when it hadn't he said "That's what you say" like I was lying but he knew that was exactly the case. We call this dealership, specifically the Service Manager and Assistant and we never get in contact with them. They never call back. We have to go into the shop to talk to them, EVERY TIME. Which is A LOT because our truck is messed up. People at the dealer ship KNOW what truck we are talking about and know who we are because we have to go there all the time. We have STRESS about going to the building or even thinking about having to go now and I can hardly get my husband to anymore. They told us they would give us a list of all the parts the Chevy dealership replaced. We had to contact them multiple times for that (and go in), and we still have not received it and it has been a MONTH. We have a whole other review for the Chevy dealership too which I will briefly mention here: They told us our engine was fine ($100) when it started having RPM issues when we got it back (which were not present before Chevy took it 5 months ago) and a week later its almost died with engine shudders and the engine light is on. They are the ones that did most of the work on the truck in the first place. Now Toyota won't even touch our truck telling us to take it strait to Chevy because they don't know what they are doing. We recorded all the dates and lengths our truck was gone because we want to talk to someone about this company and this situation. I don't know why they would treat their customers like this because by this time (8 months later) all our friends, family, and neighborhood know about this dealership!!! Why would you want that kind of advertising? More
General manager doesn't honor agreements Nine months ago, I went back to this dealership to return an old lease and was considering taking on a new one. As part of the agreement to take over Nine months ago, I went back to this dealership to return an old lease and was considering taking on a new one. As part of the agreement to take over a new lease I was promised by the sales manager that they would take care of a cracked bumper on the old car (I was hit in a parking lot). I was told that once the car passed an inspection with toyota I would receive a bill in the mail. All I had to do was give them the bill (which i did) and they would take care of it. The deadline came and they hadn't made the payment. They then told me it would be best if I made the payment and that they would cut me a check soon after. I did as instructed. After 7 months of constant calls and visits, I learned that the sales manager had been fired and the GENERAL manager was not going to honor my agreement with the previous sales manager, even though the salesman and account that initially helped me backed me up. I went back to this dealership because I had a great experience almost 4 years ago when I got my first leased car. But I'm sad to say that their customer service has gone to the dogs. Stay away from this place. The sales people are kind but their general management does NOT know how to treat loyal, returning customers. Very disappointing. More

From there it was a no pressure customer service focused experience! Their finance manager (Ghassan) was equally impressive and made it a point to explain all of my options to me and then he worked one on one with the bank I financed through to get me the vehicle and the financing I wanted. I have always dreaded buying a car but now that I have experienced this new level of customer service I will never buy a car anywhere else! More
