Would highly recommend that you ask for David Winquist when you visit. The atmosphere was friendly, fun and they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and did not keep us there longer than was necessary. More

They will not let me talk to the person in charge, and they say they don't remember the name of the owner. Even if they do not know what is wrong with me car, they need to call me and tell me that. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Meanwhile, this the 16th day I have been without a car or communication. More

Worst ever dealership Wanted a small car and endended up with a ford fusion. Week later car shaking took it in and they said i need new breaks xxx. So now suppose to get new keys 200+ for breaks and 300+ for 2 key to reset. When i spoke with manage he laughed like it was a big joke i guess they just wanted to get rid of the car now stuck with a money pit just great. Im the joke of toyato bountiful. Wish i was rich to get better service. More
SALESMAN DOESN'T LISTEN! I always go into Toyota Bountiful for all my maintenance, and even referred family members to purchase their new cars there. Saturday, it was just a regular maintenance routine, but we decided to check out the Tundra. Decided to sit down with the salesman MANOJ, I highly recommend not working with him, looked at the Tundra, and decided to work on numbers and trade in. Manoj went and worked the numbers with the gentleman that figures the number, don't remember his name, think it was Tyler, he comes back and the numbers weren't too crazy, and it shows the trade in value of the car I wanted to trade in. I asked Manoj to make sure that the numbers quoted was with the roll over of the amount I still owed on the vehicle, and he kept saying yes it is. I made sure over and over to him that we still owed on this car and wanted to make sure the numbers were corrected. He kept saying yes, it's all included. 5 hours later, after spending time waiting and waiting for them to work this deal, we finally get to financing, were going over numbers again, and come to find out, the trade in value was put as a down payment and not was was still owed on it vehicle. Now this changed the payment amount significantly. The finance guy we were working with was trying to help out with what would work. Then in the end, I said an amount that would work, he says to me, well that's not going to work, now were just wasting each others time! I said excuse me?! I wasted 5 hours of my time sitting here, when this could have been prevented 5 hours ago, if this salesman would have listened in the beginning! You want to tell me I'm wasting your time, when you had already wasted 5 hours of my time, with this go back and not listening! And that salesman, not once took initiative that he was wrong or made a mistake, or even apologize! He just sat there looking like a dummy More

Horrible car service experience I had been a regular customer of Toyota Bountiful for over 4 years and I generally had good experiences with them servicing my Prius until the most re I had been a regular customer of Toyota Bountiful for over 4 years and I generally had good experiences with them servicing my Prius until the most recent visit, in July 2018. They replaced a tire valve stem on one of my Prius tires, because it had been loosing about 10 PSI\week, and forgot to tighten it. I drove it back to my office and on my way home, I noticed the tire was flat. As a result of the delay in putting on my spare tire, I wasn't able to pick up my son from daycare, and the daycare facility had to staff overtime until my wife arrived. Because it was too late in the day for them to address the issue, I had to drive 75+ miles total on the spare tire, between the drive home and the drive back to the dealership. When I took my Prius back for them to fix the tire and to install an emissions control valve, I decided to take a shuttle to my office while the work was being done. I was told the wait would be around 15 mins. After waiting for over an hour, I discovered that the shuttle driver had left without even looking for me in the wifi waiting room, so I ended up being at least an hour later to work. Just after noon, the service advisor told me he would check with the technician and get back to me in about half an hour with a status update. It wasn't until 3 1/2 hours later that he finally called me back and that was after I called and left a message for him. By the time they came to shuttle me back to the dealership, it was again too late to pick up my son from daycare, but thankfully my wife came to the rescue, but had to leave work early for the second day in a row. When I had presented this possibility to the service advisor over the phone, before being shuttled back, his response was "you might make it to daycare in time to pickup your son". For all of the inconvenience to me and my family, I was credited the approx. $30 for the tire valve stem part and service. I will not be going back to this dealership. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THIS DEALERSHIP MISREPRESENTED THE CAR My husband contacted Toyota Bountiful the beginning of May, 2018, regarding a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible they were advertising on their website My husband contacted Toyota Bountiful the beginning of May, 2018, regarding a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible they were advertising on their website, and also on many car search sites, as he was surprising me with my Dream Car for Mothers Day. He had several conversations with the Salesman we were given, both over the phone, and by texts and emails, as we live in Oregon. we were guaranteed the car is in EXCELLENT CONDITION, TRUE TO THE PICTURES POSTED, AND WE WOULD BE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR PURCHASE. So we secured the loan for over $17,000.00, and bought a one way airline ticket to Salt Lake City, UT, and he flew out at 5:00am on Saturday, May 5th, 2018 to buy this car and drive it home to me. He arrived, only to find that the DOORS on the car did not match the paint on the rest of the car, it had several deep scratches in the paint, dents in the body, and the interior was also in very poor condition, and not the same as illustrated in the photo's online. HE WAS FURIOUS!! The GM, upon my husband refusing to purchase this car, OFFERED TO HAVE THE CAR REPAINTED, and my husband still refused. So there he was, stuck in Utah. So i had to scramble to get him on another flight back to Oregon, and the GM hand wrote on his letterhead, that he would reimburse us for both airfares, and an additional $500.00 for our wasted time, flying out there for a car that was MISREPRESENTED by his staff for sale online. To date, we have not received this reimbursment, and the exact same car remained on their website for sale, with fraudulent photo's, misrepresenting its actual condition. More

We didn't know which vehicle we should purchase, but after talking with Juston and driving a Highlander, we knew it was the right one for us. On the second day of ownership, we noticed a scratch running along the right side of the vehicle, about 18" from the ground. We took it back and they polished it out without any questions or hassles. The dealership is close to our home, and we know if there are any other issues, they will take care of them. We haven't owned a Toyota before this one, but we are really happy with it and look forward to years of safety and reliability in the vehicle. Thanks to the staff at Toyota Bountiful for helping us pick the right vehicle for us! More
