Most Amazing - Above and Beyond - Experience I took my car to the Toyota Service team as I could not figure out how to pair my new phone with my vehicle. Upon further inspection they discovered t I took my car to the Toyota Service team as I could not figure out how to pair my new phone with my vehicle. Upon further inspection they discovered that the head plate of my stereo was having an issue but needed a diagnostic run on it. So, I set up the appointment and returned the next day with the vehicle for the team to review. I was greeted by Grady - who was absolutely one of the most friendly people I have dealt with. He looked over my service records and discussed with me other things that were coming up with my car's regular maintenance that should be reviewed, and alleviated additional concerns that I had been having with my car. He offered the services to me, was up front with all of the pricing and needs of the car, and explained how the process would work once they took my car. I left my vehicle there waiting for the inspection and review of the stereo system which was preformed by Dave. then... Dave sent a FABULOUS Video which showed everything on my vehicle from the interior to the exterior and all of the things that I should be aware of and other things that I do not need to worry about at all. When it came time to diagnose the head plate to the stereo, he was VERY thorough and even updated all of the software. He provided an inexpensive solution to the issue that I was dealing with and covered all of the options that I had available to me, and he then turned me back over to Grady. Grady was in touch with me the entire time via text. He even called the warranty place to review my warranty to see if the issue I was having with the stereo would be covered. He gave me several options and alternatives to replacing a high priced unit in my car. I was kept in the loop with my car, and included on all decisions with the vehicle, from start to finish. This team is so respectful and they were wonderful to work with. In the end, they fixed my stereo issue, flushed my transmission, flushed my brake lines, and even took care of my air filter. They let me know of other maintenance things that I should be aware of but I was never, not once, pressured into any services. Such a great visit! I would recommend them to anyone. More

Grady found me an engine with only 50,000 miles on it. It took me over a month to come up with the money but Grady stayed in contact and worked with me until I was able to finally pay the unexpected bill. Excellent customer service. More
Lies, threats, and intimidation by staff at Bountiful To Let me share with you my experiences at Toyota Bountiful. The check engine light came on my 2000 Toyota Corolla. The service writer, Andrew Slade, Let me share with you my experiences at Toyota Bountiful. The check engine light came on my 2000 Toyota Corolla. The service writer, Andrew Slade, lied to me regarding the cause of the check engine light. He told me it was the catalytic converter. I went home. Reset the check engine light. It never came back on for another 14,000 miles and more than a year until I finally sold the vehicle. When I picked up the Corolla, Andrew threatened me. First he told me the vehicle would not pass emissions testing. This was a lie. The car had passed emissions testing three weeks prior. Then he told me the car would ‘blow up and kill me’. I am not an idiot. These were more lies. When I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager, Steve Ward, his reaction was to gather a room of employees, to tell me he had contacted Utah DMV and reported the registration on my vehicle had been obtained fraudulently. This was another lie. When I brought this to the attention of the General Manager, KC Waterbury, he found nothing wrong with any of the lies, threats, and intimidation. Guess it’s just the normal method of operation at this dealership. When the Operation Director, Denim Simkins, spoke to me about all the above, he personally vouched for all these fine gentleman and he had never had one complaint. Well, that was another lie. I had been scammed by the service department one year prior. That incident was with the service writer, Joe, regarding fuel injectors. When I brought in documentation on the correct price for the repairs, Joe told me, “This is not a XXXXX Flea Market and you cannot XXX me down.” Joe used two racial slurs which this website is insisting I remove or they will not post my review. A $600 refund from the owner, Kirk Bengtzen, was partial compensation for being overcharged and the comments from Joe. I contacted Kirk Bengtzen a few months after meeting with him to find out why there had been no follow up, accountability, corrective action plan, or other investigation into the corporate culture where lies, threats, and intimidation were not only allowed but encouraged from management down to techs. His response was he considered the matter closed. I told him, I was sincerely sorry he thought the way I was treated was acceptable in any manner. Also, Toyota Bountiful uses unethical practices on social media having their employees post as customers. The review on Facebook on Feb. 19, 2019 by Manoj Sharma is one such review. More

Awesome Internet Buying Experience After several disappointing internet sales experiences with other dealerships, Jeff Christison provided outstanding customer service and support prior After several disappointing internet sales experiences with other dealerships, Jeff Christison provided outstanding customer service and support prior to and during the sale of the vehicle we purchased. He answered my questions and personally verified the vehicle's condition for me - which included letting me know about the scrape on the rear bumper. Jeff was accommodating and kept in constant contact throughout the entire transaction. Jeff's customer service was genuine and greatly added to the whole experience. Toyota Bountiful was easy to work with and provided a reasonable cost to transfer/ship the vehicle from Utah to Arizona - WAY more reasonable than other national auto dealerships. The pictures on the Bountiful Toyota website were accurate instead of "stock" photos that were seen on other dealer's websites. Scott from Deliver It, Inc. kept us informed on his status and let us know when he was an hour out. Scott was friendly and cordial. We were impressed he knew as much about the vehicle as the dealership - he completed the positive experience. Thank you Bountiful Toyota for restoring my faith in internet car sales. More

Unlike other dealerships we spoke with trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, he searched his inventory focusing on what we sought, not what he wanted or needed to sell. All in all, when the competition was full of bait and switch and undeliverable promises, Toyota Bountiful was a breath of fresh air and an overall very pleasant experience. More
