The salesman cut through the crap and just flat gave me an offer I couldn’t deny as the best deal I’d seen. I built a data base of the top deals I could find on used vehicles and then I visited Toyota Bountiful. Craig priced a new vehicle better than the used vehicles in my database when I adjusted for miles. No brainer! More

Andrew was very cor I took my 2009 4Runner in due to some engine noise and electrical issues. The vehicle seemed to be running fine but for the noise. Andrew was very cordial and professional as my service advisor. However, when he first called, it was to inform me that they didn’t really know what was causing the noise and it would cost $1,500 to find out and then fix it. The next time he called to tell me they weren’t sure if they would be able to fix it after the $1,500 so they recommended I just replace the engine for $7,000. I know Mike (the mechanic) was giving his professional opinion based on years of experience but I was the one who had to ask if they don’t even know what is wrong with it now, why not wait until the engine actually does die and then replace it? He agreed there was not much downside to that. Of course, replacing the engine would be the safest way to take care of the problem but is it the most practical? At the end of the day, after $260, I didn’t know anymore than when I took it in. And to top it all off. They charged me to fix the electrical issue and it still doesn’t work. Not the experience I was expecting. More
