The salesperson, Laura, was great. No pressure, explained everything and answered all questions. I agreed to a deal and was satisfied with it. She did a good job on her part. The car was to be detailed, Laura had volunteered to deliver it to my home 40 miles away. I was disappointed in the detail. It was more of a mediocre wash only. Not what I expected for a $50K one yr old car. Mud on tires, that I still must scrub off, (won't come off with just a wash) film on all inside windows, they had not been wiped down. Dust still in door jambs, pet hair on some of the little bit of carpet not covered by all weather mats. I specifically asked for the engine to be cleaned. It had been cleaned, but still needed 10% more to be right. I need to spend at least an hour "detailing" the entire car so I will be proud to show it to my friends. More
