Went in just to look and Juston Bramhall and his finance team made my entire year! I told Juston what I was looking for and what I needed and the 1st car he showed me was PERFECT!! I just got out of a bankr team made my entire year! I told Juston what I was looking for and what I needed and the 1st car he showed me was PERFECT!! Purchased a vehicle on September 14th, had to wait 5 days for the vehicle to be serviced and cleaned as it was a 2 year old lease. When the vehicle was delivered to me, interior smelled of smoke, apparently for the vehicle to be serviced and cleaned as it was a 2 year old lease. When the vehicle was delivered to me, interior smelled of smoke, apparently from the salesperson who drove it out to me. Vehicle came with 2 smart keys, and after the vehicle was dropped off, found out the second key did not work after several batteries were tried. When I called the salesperson that handled the sale, he said that it "was probably a loose wire or something but had no idea of what the problem would be".. Interesting that the second key was not verified working prior delivery of the vehicle. Since the purchase, have called numerous times times leaving messages for the finance department requesting my copies of the sales transaction.. Today is Oct 22nd, some 37 days following purchase, have called today looking for either Vince or Ivan in the sales department, impossible to be transferred to anyone that might be able to assist. Between the very poor service from the Sales Department, Alex, I believe was his name, and the ongoing left messages for the Finance dept folks, as I only once been lucky enough to get ahold of one of the Finance Managers, the probably 6 - 8 messages left requesting my documents, nothing yet, I would probably give this company 1/2 star, with the guarantee I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again..
