Terrible service. What their test run with vehicle thought everything was going to be good however though it’s been over a week and a half now they will not return phone calls or emails all I wanted w thought everything was going to be good however though it’s been over a week and a half now they will not return phone calls or emails all I wanted was an answer on an approval the salesman (Sam) kept telling me in the very beginning that I would be approved as a payment so I was looking for when I asked to see this in writing it was never given to me I was given the runaround and they keep saying they are going to get back to me. I was met promptly by the service advisor and the service was clearly defined. I was then sent a short video going over the condition of the tire wear and brake pad wear as well as antifreeze and brake flui was clearly defined. When picking up car talked to Grady at the service desk and asked how the car was repaired as to not have further problems and that we had found online that Toyota was having problems with their batteries and asked how the car was repaired as to not have further problems and that we had found online that Toyota was having problems with their batteries across the nation with the 2020 Camry. The problem could be fixed by a DCM firmware update. Was told that you can’t believe anything on the internet and that the car had a faulty battery and was replaced. He also stated that there was no service bulletin about a firmware update to stop the battery from discharging. Later when reading the service technician report it stated that he did in fact do a DCM firmware update. Apparently the information is much more accurate on the internet than the Toyota service advisers and obviously doesn’t read the reports. I think your service advisor needs more training and a course in customer relations. Gave two stars because how fast the car was repaired and the tech should get five stars for reading tech bulletins and promptly finding the problem. More
