I made an appointment for an oil change at 11am. It took 1 hour and 45 mins to just change oil with an appointment. Not sure what the point of scheduling an oil change appointment is if it still takes 1 hou 1 hour and 45 mins to just change oil with an appointment. Very fast prompt service. Car needed oil change has over 200,000 miles and so full synthetic. No issues they were able to get me in and out and on my way quick.
