Their finance manager almost doubled my interest rate from 4.6% to 8.75% if I didn’t catch it. I walked in with a pre-approval and sent info prior coming in for the purchase. They still made me sit around for 3 hours telling me the vehicle was being “detailed”. Guess what? They didn’t detail it. It gets better! With this vehicle being used, I was told there was some 160 point inspection done on it. The windshield wiper blades were ripped completely off! Isn’t that one of the first check points? Got on the freeway and the windshield molding flew off! What? Now we have safety concerns. There was an 1/8 of a gas tank when I left the lot. It was in the red! That was weird. The most annoying thing was that they didn’t give me a drivers floor mat. Passenger and back came with nice rubber (Weathertech like) mats but not the driver. Asked for the driver mat and they said sorry it’s a used car you don’t get it…. This wasn’t some $10k used car. It was $45k. At least set me up with floor mats or a gas of tank. This was less than a week ago. Can’t wait to see what else arises. More
I am extremely impressed with the customer service I have received from both Rockwell and Grady. I have been going to Mark Miller for my service for years now because of the xxxxty service and cocky xxxxxxx received from both Rockwell and Grady. I have been going to Mark Miller for my service for years now because of the xxxxty service and cocky xxxxxxx attitude I received from John Pollet after the change over from Menlove!! I would return to see Rockwell or Grady. Mark Miller has taken exceptional care of me over these past few years!! More
I made an appointment because my door handle was broken. On the phone they said they could fix it while I waited. I got down there from Ogden and they said they couldn't even look at it for several hours. T On the phone they said they could fix it while I waited. I got down there from Ogden and they said they couldn't even look at it for several hours. They did not call me back. Just before closing I called and they said they didn't have the part. My husband drove me down to get the car. We had an appointment this morning. I called before to make sure, but no one answered. When I got there the service man said his phone was broken. Later he came and said the part was still not in. I told him to call me when it comes in and I drove the 30 miles home still not fixed. That is three 60 mile trips and several hours for nothing. They should have made sure they had a handle before having me drive down the first time. I am very frustrated. More

We were panicked because we had reservations in St George, UT. Our daughter lives in Bountiful UT AND SHE HAS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE at Bountiful Toyota. I was worried that because of the holiday weekend and it was a Saturday that we wouldn’t be able to be scheduled in. Then we had the good fortune of meeting Jadin Bussio who is the Drive Manager at Bountiful Toyota. He was so helpful and professional and his team diagnosed the problem which thankfully was an easy fix. Jason was great, kind, and helped us continue on our vacation. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, let alone a Toyota Dealership. The customer service representative and mechanic refused to listen or work with me to address the warranty dealership, let alone a Toyota Dealership. The customer service representative and mechanic refused to listen or work with me to address the warranty concerns on the vehicle. They were more focused “losing their shop rate” for a 5 minute test and shifting the blame for any issues to Toyota rather than focusing on customer service. Had they listened they may have learned from the customer that the test they performed could not be valid based on how they received the vehicle. This issue is well know with my vehicle and their test does not actually address the real concern for the vehicle. The test was doomed to fail and now I have a permanent maintenance record on my vehicle that is not accurate and may prevent me from getting the issue resolved with Toyota in the future, assuming they ever figure out how to fix it. Toyota Bountiful has lost a customer for life. If I receive any pushback from the next Toyota dealership, I will be the proud owner of a new Kia. More
