It was a bumpy road, but thanks to GM Mr. Waterbury, they "made it right." Thanks also to Jeff and Cam who worked closely on this to make it happen. August 13, 2021 - To be continued...Returning Rav4 purchased 7/7. There were issues with the repairs. Waiting for replacement vehicle TODAY is Thursday - July 22, 2021 BACK UP TO A 5-STAR RATING! Finally reached the General Manager, KC Waterbury, on Monday, July 19, and everything began to take a turn for the better. My 2021 Rav4 XSE Hybrid was sent to Higgins Body & Paint shop - who did a great job. No signs of razor cuts; no damage or marks on the paint. It looks brand new like the day it was first delivered to me. I received a detailed statement of work and warranty. Sales Manager Cam was the Quality Control POC on the finished work. Service Manager Jaden coordinated with Higgins and then arranged for drivers Milo and Jordan to safely deliver the Rav4 to my residence. A rough start but good team work "made it right." Thank you all. (P.S. Salesperson Jeff Christison was quick to close the initial trade-in & sale. Thank U2) I love my 2021 Rav4 XSE Hybrid! Susanne More

Why bother saying "6mo" limited warranty? So over it. Usually a pretty good experience but this time I got a flyer in the mail saying it’s time to schedule my no cost to me maintenance for my lease and I got charged $70 for a simple oil change. When I argued flyer in the mail saying it’s time to schedule my no cost to me maintenance for my lease and I got charged $70 for a simple oil change. When I argued the fact they had sent me the flyer, the young man said it’s 2 years or 25k miles. My truck only has 12k miles but have had it just over 2 years. My point being. Don’t send out flyers stating come in for your no cost to you maintenance if you don’t want to honor them. Plus I don’t appreciate trying be conned into a $100 alignment when you first pull in on a truck in perfect driving condition with only 12k miles on it. clearly an up sale that insults a person with any automotive knowledge.
