First, I wouldn’t exactly call sending us a couple of fast food gift cards and offering to buy back my car or still charge us to fix the issue a “solution”. I was the one who was mistreated and yet I have not received a phone call or email to resolve the issue. Again, I have to question whether you are really listening. Yes, it was frustrating that something wasn’t functioning properly in the vehicle we just purchased, However, what prompted this review was the lack of ethical behavior by your sales staff as well as the fact that I did not feel heard. If you really want to resolve those issues, then let me know what you are doing to fix it on your end, not mine. And please don’t assume that anything needs to be done to “make my life better.”
