Took my Toyota in for routine wheel rotation, oil change. I had a 9:00 appointment and within fifteen minutes of being there, they tried to sell me tires. I declined and two hours later, still waiting. Aside I had a 9:00 appointment and within fifteen minutes of being there, they tried to sell me tires. I declined and two hours later, still waiting. Aside from the routine maintenance, I had a tire repair but all together, waiting over two hours with no clear picture of what was taking so long. I guess once I turned down the tires, they lost interest in my car. Some cocky kid tried telling me that I shouldn’t expect it fast because of blah blah blah, that my appointment was basically useless and essentially that I just have to wait. I dismissed him and two and a half hours after arriving, I still don’t have my car back. I’m sympathetic to the manning shortage but this is ridiculous. More
